How to Get There
- By car: Take A5 motorway, exit 57b (Rust). Follow signs to Europa-Park. Paid parking available onsite.
- By train: Ringsheim/Europa-Park station (5 min from park), with direct connections from Freiburg, Strasbourg, and Offenburg.
- By shuttle: Free shuttle buses run from Ringsheim station to the main entrance every 15–30 minutes.

Is the ticket refundable or flexible?
No, this ticket is non-refundable and valid only for the selected date. Once booked, changes or cancellations are not permitted. We recommend double-checking your travel plans before confirming. If you need flexibility, consider purchasing directly from the official Europa-Park website, which may offer different policies. Weather-related closures are rare but not eligible for refunds. Lost or unused tickets cannot be replaced. Contact guest services only in cases of park-wide closure announced in advance.
What are the winter opening hours?
From 3 November 2025 to 18 January 2026, Europa-Park operates daily from 11:00 AM to at least 7:00 PM, except closed on 24 and 25 December. Some outdoor rides and water attractions may be closed due to cold weather. Indoor shows, coasters like Blue Fire, and themed areas remain open. Winter decorations, holiday markets, and special shows enhance the experience. Check the official website 48 hours prior for exact hours and ride availability. Extended evening events may occur on select dates.
How many rollercoasters are there and are they all open?
Europa-Park features 14 rollercoasters, including Voltron Nevera, Blue Fire Megacoaster, Silver Star, and Wodan Timburcoaster. All are included in the entrance ticket. During summer, all are typically operational. In winter (Nov–Jan), some outdoor coasters may close for maintenance or weather, but at least 8–10 remain open. Height restrictions apply (usually 1.00m–1.40m). Check the park app upon arrival for real-time status. Single-rider lines help reduce wait times on popular rides.
Is the park suitable for young children?
Yes, Europa-Park is highly family-friendly with attractions for all ages. Over 60 rides have no or low height requirements, including gentle boat rides, carousels, and playgrounds in areas like Ireland and England. The Children’s World offers toddler zones, and many shows are stroller-accessible. Baby care centers with nursing rooms and microwaves are located in several themed areas. Can I bring food or glass bottles into the park?
No outside food or drinks are allowed except for baby food and medical dietary needs. Over 50 restaurants offer diverse European cuisines, snacks, and kid-friendly meals at various price points. No glass objects of any kind are permitted for safety—plastic or metal containers only if needed. Water bottle refill stations are available throughout the park. You may exit and re-enter once with a hand stamp to eat in your car. Picnic areas are not provided inside. Allergy menus are available at all dining locations.
