No, access to individual venues is subject to their legal capacity and is managed on a first-come, first-served basis. If a specific headline act is a "must-see" for you, we strongly recommend arriving at that venue at least 30-45 minutes early. If a venue is full, there will always be available space at one of the other participating venues nearby.
Is the festival accessible for wheelchair users?
Most of the festival venues are fully wheelchair accessible and equipped with disabled toilets. Yes, all ticket holders must first visit the central Box Office at the Truman Brewery (Ely's Yard) to exchange their digital ticket for a wristband. You cannot gain entry to any of the venues using just your digital ticket; the wristband is mandatory for all access. The Box Office usually opens a few hours before the first performance on Friday to allow for early accreditation.
