• Valid card and transport…the card should be activated upon first use and should not be passed through other electronic machines, which do not always recognize the codes, nor through some bus and tram validation devices, which do not always read them, causing inconvenience.
• The card delivered to my hotel was supposed to be for 15 days. After trying to use it myself, unsuccessfully, I asked two different locals, on separate occasions, and they both told me (independently) that the card was only for 4 days and had expired.
• Super convenient! The card arrived at my hotel, and I used it for trams, ferries, and buses without hassle. Unlimited rides saved money, and it was great to keep as a souvenir. Highly recommend!
